The same penalty as in the previous article shall be imposed on those who impose or take advantage for themselves or for a third party, to the detriment of the company or any of its partners, of a harmful agreement adopted by a fictitious majority, obtained by abuse of blank signature, by improper attribution of the right to vote to those who legally lack it, by unlawful denial of the exercise of this right to those who have it recognized by law, or by any other similar means or procedure, and without prejudice to punishing the act as appropriate if it constitutes another crime.
