1. Anyone who, for industrial or commercial purposes, without the consent of the holder of a patent or utility model and with knowledge of its registration, manufactures, imports, possesses, uses, offers for sale, or places on the market objects protected by such rights shall be punished with imprisonment for six months to two years and a fine of 12 to 24 months.

2. The same penalties shall be imposed on anyone who, likewise, and for the aforementioned purposes, uses or offers the use of a process that is the subject of a patent, or possesses, offers, places on the market, or uses the product directly obtained by the patented process.

3. Anyone who carries out any of the acts described in the first paragraph of this article under the same circumstances in relation to objects protected in favor of a third party by an industrial or artistic design or model, or the topography of a semiconductor product, shall be punished with the same penalties.
