1. The extent of civil liability arising from the offenses defined in the two preceding articles shall be governed by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law relating to the cessation of the unlawful activity and the compensation for damages.
2. In the event of a conviction, the Judge or Court may order its publication, at the infringer's expense, in an official gazette.
