1. Anyone who commits the damages specified in paragraph 1 of Article 263 by means of fire, explosions, or any other means of similar destructive power or that generates a significant risk of explosion or other particularly serious damage, or that endangers the life or physical integrity of persons, shall be punished with imprisonment for one to three years.
2. Anyone who commits the damages specified in paragraph 2 of Article 263, under any of the circumstances mentioned in the preceding paragraph, shall be punished with imprisonment for three to five years and a fine of twelve to twenty-four months.
3. Anyone who commits the damages specified in Articles 265, 323, and 560, under any of the circumstances mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article, shall be punished with imprisonment for four to eight years.
4. In any of the cases provided for in the preceding sections, when the damage is caused by the provocation of explosions or the use of other means of similar destructive power, and, in addition, the life or physical integrity of persons is endangered, the penalty shall be imposed in its upper half.
In the case of fire, the provisions of Article 351 shall apply.
