Anyone who, without being duly authorized, produces, acquires for his use, imports or in any way provides to third parties, with the intention of facilitating the commission of any of the crimes referred to in the two preceding articles, shall be punished with a prison sentence of six months to two years or a fine of three to eighteen months:
a) a computer program, designed or adapted mainly to commit any of the crimes referred to in the two preceding articles; or
b) a computer password, an access code or similar data that allows access to all or part of an information system.
