1. Anyone who, outside the circumstances of the preceding article, appropriates another person's movable property shall be punished with a fine of three to six months. If the property is of artistic, historical, cultural, or scientific value, the penalty shall be imprisonment for six months to two years.
2. If the value of the appropriated property does not exceed 400 euros, a fine of one to two months shall be imposed.
