1. Those who, having the power to manage another's assets, whether derived from law, entrusted by authority, or assumed through a legal transaction, infringe upon said power by exceeding its scope and thereby causing harm to the assets being managed, shall be punished with the penalties stipulated in Article 248 or, where applicable, with those stipulated in Article 250.
2. If the amount of the financial harm does not exceed 400 euros, a fine of one to three months shall be imposed.
