1. Anyone who alters the boundaries or limits of towns or estates, or any kind of markers or boundary stones intended to establish the limits of properties or demarcations of adjacent properties, whether public or private, shall be punished with a fine of three to eighteen months.
2. If the profit obtained does not exceed 400 euros, the fine shall be one to three months.
