Anyone who, with the intention of making a profit, forces another person, through violence or intimidation, to perform or omit a legal act or transaction to the detriment of their own assets or those of a third party, shall be punished with a prison sentence of one to five years, without prejudice to any penalties that may be imposed for acts of physical violence committed.
