Those who commit the crime of burglary are guilty of theft with force against property when any of the following circumstances are present:
1. Climbing.
2. Breaking through a wall, ceiling, or floor, or breaking a door or window.
3. Breaking into cabinets, chests, or other types of closed or sealed furniture or objects, or forcing their locks or discovering their keys to steal their contents, whether at the scene of the burglary or elsewhere.
4. Use of false keys.
5. Disabling specific alarm or security systems.
