1. Anyone who uses or lends minors or persons with disabilities in need of special protection for the purpose of begging, even if disguised, shall be punished with imprisonment for six months to one year.
2. If, for the purposes of the preceding paragraph, minors or persons with disabilities in need of special protection are trafficked, violence or intimidation is used against them, or they are supplied with substances harmful to their health, a prison sentence of one to four years shall be imposed.
