When the person responsible for the crimes foreseen in the two previous articles returns the minor or the person with a disability in need of special protection to their home or residence, or deposits them in a known and safe place, without having subjected them to any harassment, abuse or criminal act, nor having endangered their life, health, physical integrity or sexual freedom, the act will be punished with a prison sentence of three months to one year or a fine of six to 24 months, provided that the place of residence of the minor or the person with a disability in need of special protection has been communicated to their parents, guardians or custodians, or the absence has not been longer than 24 hours.
