Anyone who induces a minor or a person with a disability in need of special protection to leave the family home, or the place where they reside with the consent of their parents, guardians, or custodians, shall be punished with a prison sentence of six months to two years.
The same penalty shall apply to any parent who induces their minor child to violate the custody arrangement established by a judicial or administrative authority.
