Any educator, medical professional, authority figure, or public official who, in the course of their profession or duties, engages in the conduct described in the two preceding articles, shall be subject to the penalty specified therein and, in addition, to special disqualification from public employment or office, profession, or trade for a period of two to six years.
For the purposes of this article, the term "medical professional" includes physicians, midwives, nursing staff, and any other person who performs a health or social care activity.
