1. Anyone who enters, against the will of the owner, the domicile of a public or private legal entity, professional office, or business establishment or premises open to the public outside of opening hours shall be punished with imprisonment for six months to one year and a fine of six to ten months.

2. Anyone who remains, against the will of the owner, outside of opening hours, in the domicile of a public or private legal entity, professional office, or business establishment or premises open to the public shall be punished with a fine of one to three months.

3. Anyone who, with violence or intimidation, enters or remains, against the will of the owner, in the domicile of a public or private legal entity, professional office, or business establishment or premises open to the public shall be punished with imprisonment for six months to three years.
