1. Any individual who, without residing therein, enters another person's dwelling or remains therein against the will of the resident, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of six months to two years.
2. If the act is committed with violence or intimidation, the penalty shall be imprisonment for a term of one to four years and a fine of six to twelve months.
