Any public official or authority who, outside of the cases permitted by law, without legal cause for a crime, and taking advantage of their position, carries out any of the conduct described in the previous article, will be punished with the penalties respectively provided therein, in their upper half and, in addition, with absolute disqualification for a period of six to twelve years.
