The professional who, being obliged to do so, denies health assistance or abandons health services, when the denial or abandonment results in a serious risk to the health of persons, will be punished with the penalties of the preceding article in its upper half and with the special disqualification for employment or public office, profession or trade, for a period of six months to three years.
