Except in cases where any of the circumstances provided for in the second paragraph of article 178 apply, the free consent of a minor under sixteen years of age will exclude criminal responsibility for the crimes provided for in this chapter when the perpetrator is a person close to the minor in age and degree of physical and psychological development or maturity.
