1. Anyone who, for sexual purposes, exposes a minor under sixteen years of age to sexual acts, even if the perpetrator does not participate in them, shall be punished with a prison sentence of six months to two years.
2. If the sexual acts exposed to the minor under sixteen years of age constitute a crime against sexual freedom, the penalty shall be imprisonment of one to three years.
