1. When sexual assault consists of penetration by vaginal, anal, or oral intercourse, or the insertion of body parts or objects through either of the first two orifices, the perpetrator shall be punished as a rapist with a prison sentence of four to twelve years.
2. If the assault referred to in the preceding paragraph is committed using violence or intimidation, or when the victim's will is nullified for any reason, a prison sentence of six to twelve years shall be imposed.
