1. Anyone who, in order to obstruct the exercise of the right to voluntary termination of pregnancy, harasses a woman through annoying, offensive, intimidating, or coercive acts that undermine her freedom, shall be punished with imprisonment for three months to one year or community service for thirty-one to eighty days.

2. The same penalties shall be imposed on anyone who, in the manner described in the preceding paragraph, harasses healthcare workers in the performance of their professional duties or public functions, and the medical or management staff of centers authorized to perform abortions, with the aim of obstructing the exercise of their profession or position.

3. Taking into account the seriousness of the offense, the personal circumstances of the perpetrator, and the circumstances surrounding the commission of the act, the court may also impose a ban on visiting certain places for a period of six months to three years.

4. The penalties provided for in this article shall be imposed without prejudice to any penalties that may correspond to the crimes in which the acts of harassment were committed.

5. In the prosecution of the acts described in this article, it will not be necessary to have the complaint of the aggrieved person or their legal representation.
