1. Anyone who performs assisted reproduction on a woman without her consent shall be punished with imprisonment for two to six years and disqualification from holding public office, employment, or the right to practice any profession or trade for one to four years.
2. Prosecution for this offense requires a complaint from the aggrieved party or their legal representative. When the aggrieved party is a minor, a person with a disability requiring special protection, or a vulnerable person, the Public Prosecutor's Office may also file a complaint.
