Persons convicted of any of the offenses provided for in Articles 147.1, 148, 149, 150 and 153 in which the victim is a minor may be imposed, in addition to the corresponding penalties, the penalty of special disqualification from any profession, trade or other activities, whether paid or unpaid, that involve regular and direct contact with minors, for a period of between three and five years longer than the term of imprisonment imposed in the sentence or for a period of two to five years when a prison sentence has not been imposed, in both cases the seriousness of the offense, the number of offenses committed and the circumstances of the convicted person will be taken into account.
