Anyone who performs an abortion on a woman without her consent shall be punished with imprisonment for four to eight years and special disqualification from practicing any healthcare profession or providing any type of service in public or private gynecological clinics, establishments, or offices for a period of three to ten years.
The same penalties shall be imposed on anyone who performs an abortion having obtained the woman's consent through violence, threats, or deception.
