The distribution or public dissemination via the internet, telephone, or any other information or communication technology of content specifically intended to promote, encourage, or incite suicide among minors or persons with disabilities requiring special protection shall be punishable by imprisonment for one to four years.
The judicial authorities shall order the adoption of the necessary measures for the removal of the content referred to in the preceding paragraph, the interruption of services that predominantly offer such content, or the blocking of such services when they are based abroad.
