1. Persons convicted of one or more offenses included in this title may also be subject to supervised release.
2. If the victim and the perpetrator of the offenses described in the three preceding articles have a child in common, the judicial authority shall impose the penalty of deprivation of parental rights on that child. The same penalty shall be imposed when the victim is the perpetrator's child, with respect to any other children they may have.
