1. Murder shall be punished with life imprisonment subject to review when any of the following circumstances apply:
1. That the victim is under sixteen years of age, or is a person who is especially vulnerable due to age, illness, or disability.
2. That the act was subsequent to a crime against sexual freedom committed by the perpetrator against the victim.
3. That the crime was committed by a member of a criminal group or organization.
2. A person convicted of murder who has been sentenced for the death of more than two people shall be sentenced to life imprisonment subject to review. In this case, the provisions of subparagraph b) of paragraph 1 of Article 78 bis and subparagraph b) of paragraph 2 of the same article shall apply.
