During the execution of the sentence, the sentencing Judge or Court shall, following the procedure established in the following article, adopt one of the following decisions:
a) Maintain the execution of the imposed security measure.
b) Order the cessation of any imposed security measure as soon as the subject's criminal dangerousness ceases.
c) Substitute a security measure with another deemed more appropriate from among those provided for the case in question. If the substitution is agreed upon and the subject's condition deteriorates, the substitution shall be revoked, and the substituted measure shall be reinstated.
d) Suspend the execution of the measure, taking into account the results already obtained from its application, for a period not exceeding the remaining term of the maximum period specified in the sentence that imposed it. The suspension shall be conditional upon the subject not committing any further offenses during the fixed period and may be revoked if any of the circumstances provided for in Article 95 of this Code are again proven.
