1. The security measures that may be imposed under this Code are both custodial and non-custodial.

2. The following are custodial measures:

1. Commitment to a psychiatric hospital.

2. Commitment to a drug rehabilitation center.

3. Commitment to a special education center.

3. The following are non-custodial measures:

1. Professional disqualification.

2. Expulsion from the national territory of foreigners not legally resident in Spain.

3. Supervised release.

4. Family custody. The person subject to this measure shall be under the care and supervision of a designated family member who accepts custody, who shall exercise it in conjunction with the Judge of Penitentiary Supervision and without prejudice to the school or work activities of the person under custody.

5. Deprivation of the right to drive motor vehicles and mopeds.

6. Deprivation of the right to possess and carry firearms.
