1. The judge or court may also condition the suspension of the execution of the sentence on compliance with one or more of the following obligations or measures:
1. Compliance with the agreement reached by the parties through mediation.
2. Payment of a fine, the amount of which will be determined by the judge or court taking into account the circumstances of the case, which may not exceed the amount resulting from applying two daily fine amounts for each day of imprisonment, up to a maximum of two-thirds of the total term of imprisonment.
3. Performance of community service, especially when appropriate as a form of symbolic reparation in light of the circumstances of the act and the perpetrator. The duration of this community service will be determined by the judge or court taking into account the circumstances of the case, but may not exceed the amount resulting from calculating one day of community service for each day of imprisonment, up to a maximum of two-thirds of the total term of imprisonment.
2. If the crime was committed against the woman by her current or former spouse, or by someone who is or has been linked to her by a similar relationship of affection, even without cohabitation, or against her own or her spouse's or partner's descendants, ascendants or siblings by birth, adoption or affinity, or against minors or persons with disabilities in need of special protection who live with him or who are subject to the authority, guardianship, curatorship, foster care or de facto custody of the spouse or partner, the payment of the fine referred to in measure 2 of the previous section may only be imposed when it is proven that there are no economic relations between them derived from a marital relationship, cohabitation or filiation, or from the existence of common offspring.
