The suspension period will be from two to five years for custodial sentences not exceeding two years, and from three months to one year for minor sentences, and will be determined by the judge or court, taking into account the criteria expressed in the second paragraph of section 1 of article 80.
In the event that the suspension has been agreed in accordance with the provisions of section 5 of the previous article, the suspension period will be from three to five years.
