A prison sentence of ten years or more shall entail absolute disqualification for the duration of the sentence, unless such disqualification is already provided for as the principal penalty for the offense in question. The judge may also order special disqualification from exercising parental authority, guardianship, curatorship, custody, or foster care, or the deprivation of parental authority, when these rights have a direct connection to the crime committed. This connection must be expressly stated in the judgment.
