The special disqualification from a profession, trade, industry, or business, or other activities, whether paid or unpaid, or any other right, which must be expressly and with justification specified in the judgment, deprives the convicted person of the power to exercise them for the duration of the sentence. The judicial authority may restrict the disqualification to certain activities or functions of the profession or trade, paid or unpaid, allowing, if possible, the exercise of those functions not directly related to the crime committed.
