The penalty of special disqualification from public employment or office results in the permanent loss of the employment or office held, even if elective, and of any associated honors. It also results in the inability to obtain the same or similar positions for the duration of the sentence. The judgment must specify the employments, offices, and honors to which the disqualification applies.
