1. The penalty of absolute disqualification shall last from six to 20 years; special disqualification, from three months to 20 years; and suspension from employment or public office, from three months to six years.
2. The penalty of deprivation of the right to drive motor vehicles and mopeds, and the penalty of deprivation of the right to possess and carry weapons, shall last from three months to 10 years.
3. The penalty of deprivation of the right to reside in or visit certain places shall last up to 10 years. The prohibition against approaching the victim or their family members or other persons, or communicating with them, shall last from one month to 10 years.
4. The penalty of community service shall last from one day to one year.
5. The duration of each of these penalties shall be as provided in the preceding paragraphs, unless otherwise exceptionally stipulated by other provisions of this Code.
