The following are penalties involving the deprivation of rights:
a) Absolute disqualification.
b) Special disqualification from public employment or office, profession, trade, industry or commerce, or other activities, whether paid or unpaid, or from parental rights, guardianship, custody or curatorship, ownership of animals, the right to stand for election, or any other right.
c) Suspension from public employment or office.
d) Deprivation of the right to drive motor vehicles and mopeds.
e) Deprivation of the right to possess and carry weapons.
f) Deprivation of the right to reside in or visit certain places.
g) Prohibition from approaching the victim or any of their relatives or other persons designated by the judge or court.
h) Prohibition from communicating with the victim or any of their relatives or other persons designated by the judge or court.
i) Community service.
j) Deprivation of parental rights.
