Anyone acting as a de facto or de jure administrator of a legal entity, or in the name or legal or voluntary representation of another, will be personally liable, even if the conditions, qualities or relationships required by the corresponding crime to be the active subject of the same are not present in him, if such circumstances occur in the entity or person in whose name or representation he acts.
