1. The statute of limitations for the sentence shall run from the date of the final judgment, or from the date of the breach of the sentence, if its execution had already begun.
2. The statute of limitations for the sentence shall be suspended:
a) During the period of suspension of the execution of the sentence.
b) During the execution of other sentences, when the provisions of Article 75 are applicable.
