1. Payments made by the convicted person or the subsidiary civilly liable party shall be allocated in the following order:

1. To the reparation of the damage caused and compensation for losses.

2. To compensation to the State for the amount of expenses incurred on its behalf in the case.

3. To the costs of the private prosecutor when their payment is ordered in the judgment.

4. To other procedural costs, including those of the defendant's legal counsel, without preference among the interested parties.

5. To the fine.

2. When the offense is one that can only be prosecuted at the request of the injured party, the costs of the private prosecutor shall be paid in preference to compensation to the State. The payment of procedural costs incurred by the victim shall have the same preference in the cases referred to in Article 14 of the Law on the Statute of the Victim of Crime.
