When the assets of the civilly liable party are not sufficient to satisfy all the pecuniary liabilities at once, the Judge or Court, after hearing the injured party, may divide the payment, indicating, according to their prudent discretion and taking into account the needs of the injured party and the economic possibilities of the liable party, the period and amount of the installments.
