The judicial authority may, with due justification, decree the measure of disqualification from the exercise of a certain right, profession, trade, industry or business, position or employment or other activities, whether or not remunerated, for a period of one to five years, when the person has committed a criminal act by abusing said exercise, or in relation to it, and when, from the assessment of the circumstances involved, it can be deduced that the danger of committing the same crime or other similar ones again can be deduced, provided that it is not possible to impose the corresponding penalty because he is in one of the situations provided for in numbers 1, 2 and 3 of article 20.
